Privacy
We use the information you share with STILLFORM to respond to you, fulfil your order and send studio notes when you subscribe.
Information you share
When you place an order, we collect the contact, delivery and order details needed to process and fulfil it. Contact forms collect the details you enter so we can respond. Newsletter signup collects your email address and subscription details.
Payments and service providers
Stripe processes payments. STILLFORM does not receive or store your full payment card details. We use hosting, database, email and delivery providers to operate the store, keep order records, communicate with you and deliver your work. These providers may process information outside Australia.
Store analytics and your cart
We use store analytics to understand which pages people visit and how the shopping experience performs. Your browser stores your cart so it can be restored when you return. You can remove stored cart information through your browser settings. Payment and contact details are not stored in that cart.
Studio notes
You can choose to receive the size guide and occasional studio notes by subscribing. You can unsubscribe using the link in a studio email or by contacting us. We do not add contact-form enquirers to the newsletter without their request.
Questions and requests
Contact the studio if you have a privacy question or want to request access to, correction of or deletion of your information. We may need to retain some records to fulfil orders and meet applicable record-keeping obligations.
